Law at Work has its clients' financial well-being at heart. For this reason, it has put in place arrangements such that its clients are entitled to take out a unique Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) policy in order to provide cover for any compensatory awards laid down by Courts and Tribunals in connection with claims made by their employees, and any legal defence costs incurred in defending these complaints.
Costs
The pricing of EPLI insurance is based on an employers wageroll and/or headcount.
